Recreational Classes

The recreational classes are divided into 5 Skill levels:  Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, and Advanced.  Placement in a class is based on your child’s age and skill level.  A strict skill progression assures constant learning and is absolutely the best way to know that your child is always safe and ready to learn the next skill.  The gym is divided into six stations:  vault, bars, beam, floor, tumbling, and trampoline.  Three of these stations will be performed each week.  Feel free to watch this program at any time from our observation area.  The following are the 5 skill levels, their requirements and some of the skills that will be taught in that level.
